Pretreatment processes and equipment

Pretreatment processes and equipment to meet the pretreatment process requires human embryos before virgin material must undergo pretreatment process. Pretreatment will directly affect the quality of press work properly and the oil yield. Different pretreatment processes require different oilseeds. Typically, the pretreatment process and the equipment comprising:

            
(1) clean-up 
Entering the processing plant oils contain some impurities. Without careful cleaning, oil press will accelerate internal engine wear, reduce oil yield, and even cause malfunctions and accidents. Its supporting equipment: cleaning sieve, stone machine, magnetic separator, etc. 
(2) Sheller 
For shelled fuel, should be peeled before pressing, this can increase the production capacity and the oil yield. Its supporting equipment: Sheller, separating sieve, separating machines. 
(3) Crushing 
Some oils can be squeezed into a monolith, but after crushing, rolling embryo and then squeeze, will significantly improve the oil yield. Its supporting equipment: crushers, flaking machines. 
(4) steamed fried 
Steaming and roasting is an important part of improving the oil yield. Commonly used method is: first oil wet, then dried by the wok so the oil reaches into juice moisture and temperature process requirements. Its supporting equipment: steaming wok, fry seed pot.
